Annual reports
Accountability is given annually by sending a general activity report with general conclusions, proposals and recommendations to this special committee of the Chamber of Representatives.

Inspection inquiries
The Committee P submits a report on each inspection inquiry:
National Preventive Mechanism for the Prevention of Ill-Treatment in Detention (NPM)
Since 2024, the Committee P has been part of the National Preventive Mechanism as a specialized body. This section contains the reports of the visits carried out within that framework.

Specific Reports

Inspection inquiries
The Committee P submits a report on each inspection inquiry:
- at the end of every inquiry to the House of Representatives;
- whenever it deems this appropriate or at the request of the Chamber of Representatives or the Senate, in the form of an interim report on a specific investigation;
- when the Chamber of Representatives assigns it an investigation;
- where it ascertains, after a reasonable period (but in any case after more than 60 days), that its conclusions have not been followed up on or that the measures taken are inappropriate or inadequate.
